Job Details:
The IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the Department Manager in delivering the Cleveland Clinic IT CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES reporting strategy created by the Finance & Analytics Center of Excellence. The Reporting Analyst will develop ad hoc reports per customer-request, as well as analyze consistently requested data elements for inclusion in a standard report.
The IT Customer Support Services Reporting Analyst will be responsible for some or all of the following under direction of the Manager, IT Customer Support Services Reporting:

Provides operational analysis of client training programs.
*
Performs client system testing and lends client system support to Information Technology Division.
*
Provides operational analysis of client training programs.
*
Performs client system testing and lends client system support to Information Technology Division.
*
Communicates across divisions and departments to establish common standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*
Analyzes operational flows and recommends ways to reduce steps through use of technology.
*
Analyzes operational flows and determines system requirements for acquired practices.
*
Analyzes operational and system flows, and develops and recommends actions for increased productivity and efficiency.
*
Develops and monitors management reports, and provides recommendations for performance improvement. Other duties as assigned.
*
Aggregate sensitive IT Customer Support Services data and produce standard, value-added IT Customer Support Services reports for use by IT Customer Support Services field teams, line managers and top executives of the organization
*
Design and deliver customized reports to IT Customer Support Services field teams, line managers and top executives of the organization
*
Conduct regular audits of IT Customer Support Services data and report on issues to be corrected
*
Audit data access rules across the IT Customer Support Services population to ensure the appropriate people are viewing the correct data
*
Write queries to pull source data needed for various IT Customer Support Services projects
*
Conduct ongoing training on the available reports and how to access them to the IT Customer Support Services staff and other IT Customer Support Services populations at CLEVELAND CLINIC.
EDUCATION:
*
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management Engineering, Education or a related field.
*
Knowledge of Microsoft products, including spreadsheets and database applications required.
Preferred Education:
*
Certification in Epic products by Epic Systems Corporation (Madison, WI).
*
Required yearly re-certification in Epic products by Epic Systems Corporation (Madison, WI).
*
Certification must be obtained within 12 months of employment may be required specific department needs.
COMPLEXITY OF WORK:
*
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communications skills; solid business insticts.
*
Proven leadership skills and the ability to take an ownership of projects with competing deadlines.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
*
Minimum five years experience involving operational analysis, business reorganization, continuous improvement and resource utilization.
*
Additional years of experience may offset some of the education requirement.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
*
A high degree of dexterity to produce materials on a computer. Requires normal or corrected vision and hearing and the ability to verbally communicate with employees and patients. Physical demands include office work and the mobility sufficient to attend meetings in multiple locations including the main campus and other CCHS locations. Travel to non-CCHS locations (other Epic clients) may be required.
