GENERAL SUMMARY
Supports organization wide strategic business issues through the patient’s first training for high quality, patient friendly service. Conducts multilevel training programs for diverse client base. Administers comprehensive testing and QA based upon established protocols. Authors procedures to supports training. Assists in ongoing performance monitoring and quality assurance checks. Create and administers online reference manuals and maintains training documentation. Conducts needs assessments, and analysis, course instruction, and performance monitoringDescribe in general terms, the purpose and scope of this position.
A. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be expert in all EAPM systems, which total over 15 and be able to train both front, back-end and clinical functions and understand and communicate/train their interdependencies..
B. Required Length and Type of Experience
Minimum five years training experience. Strong computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Office products required. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated platform proficiencies in both large and small group settings. Must be proficient and using a PC and general business software. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Must have strong interpersonal skills, systems thinking and group facilitation skill.
C. Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Health Service Administration or related degree. Training experience may offset degree requirement.
D. Required Licensure, Certification or Registry
Certification in EPIC products by Epic Systems Corporation (Madison, WI). Required yearly re-certification In EPIC products by Epic Systems Corporation (Madison, WI). Certification within 18 months of hire.
